To obtain out of network benefits from Tricare, you need to submit a superbill (i.e., statement for insurance reimbursement) to them that describes what services you received and what you paid for them. You will receive a superbill/insurance reimbursement statement on the 5th of each month by email. The monthly superbill is also available in your client portal.
For Tricare, follow the online directions at this link and then submit the required forms with your superbill. Tricare will then provide you with reimbursement for any out of network benefits you are entitled to.
If you are the parent of a college student, your student has received their superbill at the email address they provided. Please ask them to forward you a copy or ask them to give Dr. Dunn permission to send you a copy.
